YAY Sunshine!!!

Today was such a nice day. We've had rain and cold for the past week and a half or so and today was absolutely beautiful! We went for a walk and went to the park. Jayda loved being able to get out of the house and so did I. My back is still killing me within a few minutes of walking. I have to try to get in for PT this week. The muscle relaxers aren't doing much at all. Thursday I go to see the dietitian for my preop diet info. I am kind of dreading the 10 day liquid diet before the surgery, but it has to be done. Tomorrow is suppose to be a nice day again, so we are planning on going to the park again which turns into a walk around town since we walk tot he park and then Jayda wants to walk to the lake and feed the ducks. It's good exercise!
