Liquid diet Day 4

Today was a rough day, but mainly because I was in a bad mood. I didn't sleep as well last night as I could have. I spent a lot of alone time in the bedroom watching TV. The nurse called me today to see how the liquid diet was going. She said it's normal to have a hard time for the first 4-5 days. I have one week to go before the big day.
