Just a blah day...
Today was just a blah day. We had to go to the cities for Matt's neck surgeon appointment, so we were gone most of the day up there. Nothing new with his neck either. He just needs to keep taking it easy and not lift anything heavy and wear his neck brace as much as possible. I hate having to travel 2 hours one way to Dr appointments, but there is no choice really. It's raining and really windy, so no long walk today. Hopefully it will be a nice day tomorrow and we can take Jayda to the park and walk down to the lake. I don't have much energy today. I didn't sleep very good last night and woke up with my back spasming again. I have to get in to my PCP to have my preoperative appointment, so I will talk to him about the muscle spasms when I see him. That's about all as far as today went. Nothing new really.

I am sorry about your back Kacy, I know all about not sleeping good and it sucks!!! Have you tried muscle relaxers for your back Kacy??? They don't work at all for me, but maybe they would help you out some!!! I love you LOTS Kacy!!!
ReplyDeleteI'm going to talk to my DR about some muscle relaxers when I have my preop appointment next week. I can't get in to see him until Monday because he only does preop appointments at specific times during the day and his appointments were full for tomorrow.
